How Aishlo International Limited uses personal information.

Who we are

Aishlo International Limited (company number 15425024) is the controller of the personal information described here. You can contact us at info@aishlo.com.

This website

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it has no forms. Its fonts and images are served from our own hosting. Like all web servers, our hosting provider records technical information such as IP addresses in server logs, which are used for security and kept for a short time.

When you email us

If you email us, we receive your name, email address and anything you include in your message. We use it only to reply to you and to deal with your enquiry. Our email is provided by Google.

Amazon orders

When you buy from us on Amazon, Amazon shares with us the details we need to send your order, such as your name and delivery address. We use them only to pack, send and support your order, and we share them only with our UK fulfilment partner, who packs it, and the courier who delivers it. Amazon's own privacy notice explains how Amazon uses your information.

Legal basis and how long we keep it

We use order details to perform our contract with you, and keep order records to meet our legal obligations under UK tax law, usually for six years. We reply to emails, and keep server logs to protect this website, on the basis of our legitimate interests. We keep emails no longer than we need them for the enquiry.

Where your information is held

Our email provider, Google, may process information outside the UK. Where it does, it uses safeguards approved under UK data protection law, such as the International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, object to how we use it, and ask for a copy in a portable form. Email us to do any of these. You can also complain at any time to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, though we would like the chance to help first.
