How buying from Aishlo works, and how to return an item.
Buying from us
All our products are sold on Amazon UK. When you order, you buy from Aishlo International Limited through Amazon, and Amazon's Conditions of Sale apply to your order. Payment is taken by Amazon.
Returns
To return an item, start the return from Your Orders in your Amazon account. Amazon's returns policy applies, and every order is covered by Amazon's A-to-z Guarantee.
Your legal rights are not affected. For most goods bought online you can cancel within 14 days of delivery. This does not apply to goods that are likely to go off quickly, or to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery.
Damaged or faulty items
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us through your Amazon order, with a photo if you can, and we will help put it right.
